Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Reservations

• All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
• A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving payment or advance deposit.
• Check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Payment Policy

• Payment can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or cash.
• An advance payment is required to confirm your reservation.
• The remaining balance must be paid at the time of check-in.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 7 days before check-in date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made 3-6 days before check-in date will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in date are non-refundable.
• No refund will be provided for early check-out or unused nights.

4. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests must provide valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.
• Quiet hours must be respected from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms. Designated smoking areas are available.
• Pets are not allowed on the property.

5. Liability

Sweety Residency shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the stay. Guests are advised to secure their valuables. The management reserves the right to refuse service or terminate stays in case of unreasonable behavior or violation of terms.

6. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or transportation disruptions.

7. Changes to Terms

Sweety Residency reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
